Charlie is Transcend Legal's Director of Name & Gender Recognition. They assist transgender clients with name and gender marker changes in New York, and work to obtain health insurance coverage for transgender health care nationwide. In addition to their role at Transcend Legal, they are Of Counsel for Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy's New York practice, and Community Mobilization Coordinator at Pride for Youth where they are co-chair of the Nassau County Ending the Epidemic Committee, which is focused on ending the HIV epidemic in the region.

Charlie is a Long Island native, parent of two, and a graduate of Tulane University (B.A. in History, 2009) and New York Law School (2013). They are the Vice Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association's LGBTQ Committee, a member of the Northwell Center for Transgender Care's Community Advisory Board, and provide professional and attorney trainings primarily focused on working with transgender clients, colleagues, and youth.
