Dave Farber serves as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York Attorney General's Office, Taxpayer Protection Bureau, and as a regional board member for the You Can Play Project, a non-profit dedicated to ending homophobia and transphobia in sports.  Dave is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham Law School.  Prior to the Attorney General's Office, he worked as an associate at a law firm, as a law clerk for a federal judge in New York, and served as co-chair of the Fordham OUTLaws, the Fordham LGBT law student association.
