Ms. Comeau is a middle school art teacher from Montclair, New Jersey and the founder of the school’s Gender and Sexuality Alliance. She identifies as cisgender and pansexual. Ms. Comeau is an activist, agitator, lifetime camp counselor, and wears too many patterns at the same time. Ms. Comeau was named teacher of the year in both Maryland and New Jersey.
